Thông thường người ta có nhiều khó chịu về tâm lý khi đối diện với những sự thay đổi, nhưng “thay đổi” là chuyện tất yếu của cuộc sống này. Có phải:

• Bạn từng ngày sẽ phải lớn lên?
• Gia đình bạn rồi cũng sẽ có lúc thay đổi số lượng thành viên?
• Tổ chức bạn đang tham gia chắc chắn có lúc thay đổi nhân sự?
• Bạn thân của bạn một ngày nào đó sẽ lựa chọn một nơi học hoặc nơi ở khác, xa bạn?
• Con chim sẽ phải tự mình phá vỡ lớp vỏ bọc để tung cánh trên trời xanh, con sâu phải cựa mình khỏi kén để thành bướm?

Đấy, thay đổi là việc tất yếu của cuộc sống này, vì thế cũng đừng tốn công đòi hỏi cuộc sống này ngừng thay đổi, mà tốt hơn là nên chuẩn bị để đón nhận thay đổi một cách chủ động, cũng như tìm ra ý nghĩa tích cực của những thay đổi đổi đó.

Chủ động đón nhận sự thay đổi để trân trọng những gì mình đang có

Nghĩ rằng, đến một ngày mình sẽ phải bước ra cuộc đời và đối diện với nhiều vấn đề trong xã hội, không phải để nôn nao chốn công sở và bất mãn chuyện trường lớp, mà đó là động lực học hành tốt hơn để sau này không thua kém bất kỳ ai.

Nghĩ rằng, đến lúc mình sẽ trưởng thành, người thân sinh của mình sẽ già đi và một thời điểm nào đó họ sẽ rời xa mình vĩnh viễn, không phải để buồn phiền và lo lắng, mà mình sẽ biết trân trọng từng giây phút bên họ hơn, đối xử hiếu thảo và nói năng tử tế, vì nếu mình cứ dành mọi thứ cho ngày mai nhưng có ai dám chắc là ngày mai mình còn cơ hội đó không?

Nghĩ rằng, tổ chức mình đang tham gia rồi sẽ có ngày kẻ đến người đi, không phải để sống một cách qua loa, hời hợt, mà mình sẽ sống trọn vẹn từng giây từng phút ở đó, để mỗi ngày đang sống đúng nghĩa là mình SỐNG, để rồi sau này có dịp nhìn lại thì mình sẽ thấy tự hào và trân trọng từng khoảnh khắc.

Nghĩ rằng, đứa bạn thân nhất của mình, ắt đến lúc sẽ vì con đường tương lai của bạn mà bạn không thể gần bên mình thủ thỉ cùng nhau, thì hãy trân trọng vun đắp mỗi ngày khi bạn còn ở đây để có một tình bạn đẹp và bền vững. Để mỗi khi hội ngộ thì kỷ niệm ùa về như chưa hề chia xa.

Mỗi điều xảy ra đều mang một thông điệp tích cực của nó

Thật vậy, nếu mình nghĩ nó tốt thì chắc chắn nó sẽ ẩn chứa một ý nghĩa tốt. Hoài niệm quá khứ là một điều đáng trân trọng, nhưng đó không phải là cách để xây dựng tương lai.

Thay đổi là một điều khó khăn, nhưng hài lòng với “chăn êm nệm ấm” ở hiện tại là một điều nguy hiểm tiềm tàng. Bất kỳ sự ổn định nào cũng ẩn chứa những mối nguy.

Mình thích tham gia dã ngoại, ý niệm này làm mình nhớ đến hai hoạt động. Hoạt động thứ nhất là khi lái xe mô-tô, những đoạn đường bằng phẳng và thẳng tắp là những đoạn đường dễ khiến ta chủ quan và gây buồn ngủ. Hoạt động thứ hai là đi bộ băng rừng, những khi qua khu đất bằng và trống trải thường là những đoạn dễ khiến ta mất định hướng và lạc lối.

Vậy bao giờ mới có sự ổn định? Chẳng bao giờ cả. Mọi quy luật phát triển đều theo hình sin, có chăng là trục hoành của hình sin theo chiều lên hay chiều xuống mà thôi. Điều quan trọng còn lại là ở chính ta, ta đã trân trọng và tập trung vào những điều hiện tại như thế nào, và đã sẵn lòng đón nhận sự thay đổi hay là chưa.
